Less stress, anxiety and symptoms of depression with Gro Health

Gro Health is demonstrated to support improvements in mental health and wellbeing.

During COVID-19, we had the opportunity of leading research into the use of digital health platforms to support mental health and wellbeing remotely. After just 8 weeks of use of the Gro Health app, people report:

  • Less stress: people report 23% less perceived stress.
  • Less anxiety: people report a 32% reduction in symptoms of generalised anxiety.
  • Less depression: people report a 31% reduction in symptoms of depression as measured by Patient Health Questionnaire 9 (PHQ9).

Our research goes to show remote mental wellbeing support can be effective in managing symptoms of depression, anxiety and perceived stress during times of crisis such as the current COVID-19 pandemic.
