Less stress, anxiety and symptoms of depression with Gro Health

Gro Health is demonstrated to support improvements in mental health and wellbeing.

During COVID-19, we had the opportunity of leading research into the use of digital health platforms to support mental health and wellbeing remotely. After just 12 weeks of use of the Gro Health app, people report:

  • Less stress: people report 23% less perceived stress.
  • Less anxiety: people report a 32% reduction in symptoms of generalised anxiety.
  • Less depression: people report a 31% reduction in symptoms of depression as measured by Patient Health Questionnaire 9 (PHQ9).

Our research goes to show remote mental wellbeing support can be effective in managing symptoms of depression, anxiety and perceived stress during times of crisis such as the current COVID-19 pandemic.
