How do I check my eligibility?
Checking whether you qualify is simple and only takes a few minutes.
Visit the Gro Health Free Access page and select your local programme.
You'll then complete a short online eligibility form, which asks for information such as:
- Your name and contact details
- Your postcode
- Your age
- Your GP surgery (where required)
- A few questions about your health
Your answers help determine whether you meet the eligibility criteria for your local funded programme.
What happens after I apply?
Once you've submitted your eligibility form, the Gro Referrals Team will review your information.
If you're eligible, you'll receive instructions to activate your free Gro Health account so you can begin your personalised programme.
From there, you'll gain access to expert support, practical health tools and resources designed to help you make lasting lifestyle changes.
What if I don't qualify?
If your area isn't currently funded, or you don't meet your local eligibility criteria, you can still access Gro Health through a paid subscription, allowing you to benefit from the same evidence-based health and wellbeing platform.
