What are Gro's business hours for customer support?

Gro customer support is available via email and phone Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Alternatively, you can fill out our contact form, and a member of our team will get in touch.

How do I subscribe?

You can subscribe through the app or website. Choose your plan and follow on-screen instructions.

Yes! Currently, Gro is available in English, Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Welsh, Hindi, and Punjabi. We're always working on supporting more languages.

You can discuss general health concerns with your coach, but they are not qualified to provide medical advice or diagnose any conditions. It's important to consult your doctor for any specific health concerns you may have.

Can I connect Gro with other health apps or devices?

Gro integrates with some popular health apps and devices. Currently, Gro can sync with:

  • Apple Health
  • Garmin
  • FitBit
  • Nokia/Withings (iOS only)
  • Google Health Connect (connects with Samsung Health, MyFitnessPal, Oura, Whoop and more)

Can I choose my coach?

While Gro doesn't allow you to choose your coach directly, you can request a coach change by contacting our customer support team. Rest assured, all Gro coaches are qualified and experienced professionals.

Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and most major credit/debit cards.

Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay.

What is the difference between the free trial and paid subscriptions?

The free trial gives you access to a limited selection of Gro's features, while paid subscriptions offer full access to all programmes, coaching support, features like the food diary and trackers, and personalised meal plans.

Can the coach provide specific dietary or exercise advice?

Yes, Gro coaches can provide tailored dietary and exercise advice based on your personal goals and needs. However, for medical or highly specialised advice, we may recommend consulting with your doctor or a registered dietitian.

Can I adjust the difficulty of the exercise programmes?

Easy does it! Gro caters to all fitness levels with adjustable exercise programs: Reduced Mobility, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Choose the program that best suits you and get moving!

Can I use Gro to prepare for a specific health event, like surgery?

While Gro may offer general health guidance and programmes that support overall wellbeing, it's important to consult your doctor directly for specific advice related to preparing for surgery or other medical procedures.

Can I set reminders and notifications within the app?

Gro doesn't currently offer the ability to set custom reminders within the app. However, we understand the importance of staying on track. To help you out, Gro does send out periodic notifications to remind you about important things like:

  • Completing program activities
  • Attending coaching sessions (if applicable)
  • Logging your health markers

We're always looking for ways to improve, and future updates may include the ability to set custom reminders within the app. Stay tuned for exciting developments!

Can I continue working with my coach after my subscription ends?

Coaching support is only available with active subscriptions. However, you can still access the programme materials and resources after your subscription ends.

If you're not comfortable with your coach, you can contact Gro support and request to be assigned a different coach.
