If you're not comfortable with your coach, you can contact Gro support and request to be assigned a different coach.
Gro values your feedback and encourages you to share your thoughts on your coaching experience through surveys or by contacting support.
You can manage your subscription directly through the your preferred app store or your account page on the Gro website.
Gro customer support is available via email and phone Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Alternatively, you can fill out our contact form, and a member of our team will get in touch.
If you opt for a monthly or quarterly subscription, you will be charged after the 7 day trial period ends.
If you opt for an annual subscription (includes coaching), you will be charged immediately upon subscribing.
No, you don't need any special equipment to use Gro. The app is accessible on most devices, including smartphones, tablets, and computers.
