Yes! Currently, Gro is available in English, Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Welsh, Hindi, and Punjabi. We're always working on supporting more languages.

Gro offers a 7-day free trial for all paid subscriptions except the annual plan. You can cancel your subscription anytime before the free trial ends to avoid any charges.

Currently, Gro doesn't offer direct group support features within the app. However, we do offer face-to-face sessions in some areas of the UK. If you're interested in attending our face-to-face sessions, we're currently working in:

You can chat with your coach via instant message anytime. For voice calls or scheduled appointments, please contact our customer support team to book a session.

If you haven't accessed any content yet, you can cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchasing it and receive a full refund. After you access the content, the subscription fee becomes non-refundable. If you need a hand getting your subscription cancelled or refunded, please contact our customer support team.

If you're not comfortable with your coach, you can contact Gro support and request to be assigned a different coach.
