- Google Health Connect (connects with Samsung Health, MyFitnessPal, Oura, Whoop and more)
While comparisons can be subjective, Gro emphasises personalised programmes, qualified coaching support, and a focus on both physical and mental wellbeing.
The free trial gives you access to a limited selection of Gro's features, while paid subscriptions offer full access to all programmes, coaching support, features like the food diary and trackers, and personalised meal plans.
Gro Health is a personalised health app that provides programmes, coaching, and support to help you manage and improve your health.
Your coach acts as a personal guide and motivator throughout your programme. They will help you set goals, overcome challenges, and track your progress.
